Mediale OSG-Bandinstabilität
Zusammenfassung: Pronations- und/oder Außenrotationsverletzungen führen zu einer medialen Bandinstabilität am oberen Sprunggelenk. Obwohl viele Behandlungskonzepte für die lateralen Bänder existieren, wird in der Literatur wenig über die Abklärung und Therapie der medialen Bandrupturen berichtet. Die hier vorgelegte Arbeit soll einen Überblick über diese Pathologie bieten, insbesondere in Bezug auf die primäre Abklärung, die arthroskopische Evaluation und die daran angelegte chirurgische Stabilisierung.
Summary: Pronation and/or external rotation injuries lead to a medial ligament instability of the ankle joint. Although many treatment options for the lateral ligaments exist, little is reported in the literature about the investigation and treatment of medial ligament injuries. The aim of the present overview is to provide an update on the pathology, clinical presentation and surgical treatment of this instability pattern.
