Vergleich des humeralen Offsets von drei verschiedenen inversen Schulterprothesen-Designs

Finden sich keine Auffälligkeiten, kann eine geschlossene Reposition in etwa 50 % der Fälle erfolgreich sein. Hieran sollte sich eine Immobilisation, idealerweise in einem Abduktions-Brace, für 6 Wochen anschließen.

Finden sich keine biomechanischen Auffälligkeiten im Bereich der Prothesengeometrie, kann in Einzelfällen mit einem Anbindungsschlauch eine Stabilisierung versucht werden.
